Some Health Things

  1. Exercise before I eat
  2. Follow some religious fasting calendar (currently the Buddhist 六斋日)
  3. Light/no lunch. Larger dinner.
  4. No snacks, NO SNACKS!
  5. Red light for screens 2 hours after sunset.
  6. Warm lights until sleep.
  7. Get dressed and go out for a short walk when wake up.
